Dear Mal
Just wanted to thank you and Dave Mott for the professional way you
handle customers. I know that what I wanted was a bit outside the norm
and Dave was extremely helpful in finally getting the package together.
We had a bit of teething problems but the unit is now in the boat and
working well. No false alarms and hopefully no break ins in the future.

Mal,
Using
the GPS on a laptop with oziExplorer for 4x4ing. I looked at a lot of
places online, determining that seemed the cheapest, did not look
elsewhere as found to expensive. Why I picked your product is more
for the description, there were a number of products listed around the
same price with delivery, Yours was mentioned from an online forum as
working OK so I thought that was good enough to pick one from the list.

What a fantastic company to deal with !! If everyone was as efficient
with communication as you guys, my job would be so much easier.
After viewing your
feedback, and Googleing the model number of the GPS and reading reviews,
and experiences from other users on various forum sites, I was unable to
find any negative experiences or comments made on either the device or
your service.

Mal,
The GPS was bought for use with Oziexplorer on my laptop for in car use.
I usually always buy online. The GPS and your website was recommended to
me by another member of the ..... 4WD Club, who had purchased the
same GPS from you. His recommendation about the performance
he was having from the unit was enough to persuade me to buy. The
price was competitive from my browsing on the web.

Hi Mal
It's been a while since we came back from the USA, but thought I'd pass
on that the GPS you recommended worked a treat with Microsoft Streets
and Trips 2007 edition.
We traversed the USA (in segments) and when driving the GPS never failed
to point us in the right direction. A great outcome.

The item I purchased (USB adapter cable) was to link my laptop to a GPS
receiver in my car. I
inquired with my usual computer dealer (RYCOM), who referred me to your
web site for the part. I was using OziExplorer CE on the PDA, but will
now be using the full OziExplorer version.
