For proper use, registration is required, and software limits are imposed when registration is not completed.


License Information.
Odyssey Navigator is a single installation software application. This means the software may be registered for use on a single host device, such as a Desktop, Laptop, CarPuter (CarPC), HandHeld (PDA) or other device). Further installations, beyond the first installation, including re-installations due to hardware failure or OS reinstallation will require additional registration keys to be purchased at a reduced cost. 


Electronic Registration.
TWIG Solutions' Odyssey Navigator may include electronic registration management technology to ensure compliance with the product license agreement. When present, this technology verifies the registration upon each use of the software. If current or valid license are not found, the application will cease to operate after a period of time.
You are offered to activate and register the software upon each use of the software when a valid registration is not found.


End User License Agreement.
By using or installing Odyssey Navigator, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install or register Odyssey Navigator.

You are specifically prohibited from making copies, however made, and from distributing such copies of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from TWIG Solutions. TWIG Solutions reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed with warranties of executable fitness only. Good operating procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement. In no event shall TWIG Solutions, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of Odyssey Navigator.   The user assumes the entire risk of using the program.

In addition TWIG Solutions does not recommend or authorise you to use Odyssey Navigator in applications or systems where Odyssey Navigator's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold TWIG Solutions harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorised use.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. The laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia shall govern this Agreement.

All rights of any kind in Odyssey Navigator which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by TWIG Solutions. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on Odyssey Navigator without written authorisation.
