We use regular post and Express Post (within Australia) to deliver our products, this means that once your payment has cleared, you could have your purchase the next business day (depends on payment method and delivery area).

Express Post satchel tracking ID number is advised whe your order is packed. In the case of regular postage with insurance, the registered number will be advised just after dispatch.

As a rough guide, our Express Postage charges are as follows,

0.0-0.5Kg $9.90
0.5-3.0Kg $13.20

Any and all Customs Charges, Duties, Taxes, Warehousing, Brokerage Fees or any other unforeseen charges that may be incurred in the process of delivering your item to an an overseas destination are not the responsibility of TWIG Solutions.

Please check if your country has any special Customs arrangements for importing the goods you wish to purchase before you purchase. Some countries for instance do not allow the importation of GPS devices, or others add a 100% tax. We cannot be held responsible for these charges or any import restrictions/confiscations.
